1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing any software application, API, router, or utility within the GOXA Platform ecosystem ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Infrastructure Scope & Non-Custodial Neutrality

The GOXA Platform delivers client-side applications, decentralized session teleportation, and non-custodial software interfaces across diverse domains, including but not limited to task gamification, collaborative check-ins, event coordination, and loyalty management. GOXA operates strictly as a software routing engine; all persistent business data is housed within the Primary Operator's personal storage vault (e.g., Google Drive).

3. Multi-Tier Operational Responsibilities

• Primary Operators (Data Controllers) maintain exclusive custody and legal liability over their storage vaults. Operators are solely responsible for compliance with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and labor regulations regarding their participants.
• Delegated Collaborators act as authorized delegates of the Primary Operator. Collaborators must only perform authorized verifications and have no independent claims over the Operator's data vault.
• Participants acknowledge that all scores, tokens, tasks, or stamps are issued solely by the Primary Operator, not by GOXA.

4. Virtual Points, Tokens & Monetization Terms

Applications within the GOXA suite may display virtual points, tokens, or energy bars (e.g., Magic Power HMP, Member Magic Points, Event Lucky Tokens):

• No Cash Value: All virtual points and tokens are strictly promotional, gamification, and rate-limiting utilities. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency from GOXA, and are non-transferable outside the specific application vault.
• Voluntary Sponsorships (❤️ Support): Voluntary contributions or donations made to support the Platform are non-refundable gifts toward open software infrastructure. They do not constitute an investment, security, or commercial equity.
• Premium VIP Access: Subscriptions (e.g., VIP passes) grant temporary rate-limiting waivers or feature convenience. VIP access is non-transferable and subject to active platform availability.

5. Acceptable Use & Account Sanctions

You agree not to utilize the Services for fraudulent activities, distributing malicious software, or violating the legal rights of participants. GOXA reserves the right to terminate cryptographic routing capabilities for accounts found in violation of ethical or legal standards.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Third-Party Dependencies

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because data persistence is native to your personal cloud infrastructure, system availability is intrinsically connected to third-party cloud provider SLAs (such as Google Drive). GOXA provides no warranties regarding uninterrupted third-party uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creators, maintainers, or operators of GOXA be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, corrupted cloud files, or lost operational records. Your data remains in your physical possession at all times.
