The GOXA Platform and all related applications, routers, and APIs ("the Services") are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high-availability decentralized routing, GOXA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding operation, reliability, or software continuity.

2. Personal Cloud Storage & Zero-DB Liability

Our Services operate under the strict "You Own Your Data" principle. By utilizing GOXA, you explicitly acknowledge that:

• All operational records are stored exclusively in your own Google Drive or client device storage.
• GOXA maintains no centralized customer database and possesses no mechanism to recover, restore, or reconstruct data accidentally deleted by users, lost through Google Account suspension, or impacted by Google Cloud API service interruptions.
• Maintaining independent backups and Google account security credentials is the sole responsibility of the Primary Operator.

3. Interpersonal, Commercial & Organizational Dynamics

The GOXA Platform provides decentralized software instruments designed to assist motivation, operational coordination, and engagement. Under no circumstances is GOXA responsible for disputes, contractual breaches, point distribution disagreements, or physical incidents occurring between Primary Operators, Collaborators, and Participants (including family members, event attendees, or commercial patrons). The Services serve as an auxiliary technological utility, not an arbiter of legal, domestic, or interpersonal agreements.

4. Non-Financial & Non-Banking Disclaimer

Virtual points, tokens, passbooks, and balances displayed across GOXA applications are gamification meters and utility counters. They do NOT constitute bank accounts, escrow services, financial securities, or stored-value facilities. GOXA is not a financial institution, bank, or payment processor.

5. Educational, Behavioral & Operational Neutrality

The tasks, rewards, event parameters, and loyalty schemes configured within our applications are created independently by users. GOXA does not provide professional educational, pedagogical, medical, or legal counseling. The outcome and efficacy of any gamified or operational system depend entirely on user implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOXA and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the Services.
